What You'll Bring

Target Markets: India, United States (ET & CT Time Zones), Middle East.
Experience: 5–10 years in Partnerships, Alliances, or Business Development within the SaaS/Enterprise Software space.
Domain Expertise: Understanding of Data Warehousing (Snowflake/Redshift), ETL processes, Data Quality/Testing, BI and Data Analytics.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders in the US.
Market Alignment: Proven track record of supporting US-based clients or partners from an offshore location.
Flexibility: Ability to work overlapping hours with US time zones (typically 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST).

What You'll Do

Partner Acquisition: Identify and recruit new technology and service partners in the focused market that align with datagaps’ DataOps and BI validation suites.
Joint GTM Strategy: Work with partners to create joint value propositions, marketing collateral, and co-selling opportunities.
Enablement: Conduct technical and sales enablement sessions for partner teams to ensure they can effectively position datagaps solutions.
Pipeline Management: Track and manage partner-led leads and opportunities through the sales funnel, ensuring high conversion rates.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Act as the primary bridge between the India-based technical teams and Outside of India-based partner stakeholders, and AEs.

Position Overview We are seeking a high-energy, technically-inclined Partner Development Manager based in India to support our partner ecosystem in India, middle east, and growth effort in the US market. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic alliances with technology partners (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and Global System Integrators (GSIs). This role requires a unique blend of technical understanding of DataOps/ETL/BI and the commercial acumen to drive joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
