What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Zoho, Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled Agile frameworks is preferred.

What You'll Do

  • Act as servant leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team productivity.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Track team progress and report key metrics to stakeholders.
