What You'll Bring

  • 10–12 years of relevant experience in software test automation.
  • Should be able to define and implement different testing processes.
  • Experience with Playwright is a must; Nightwatch or Selenium framework experience is preferable.
  • Strong problem-solving, design, coding, and debugging skills.
  • Knowledge of Java, web elements, XPaths, BDD Cucumber framework, and TypeScript.
  • Prior development experience or knowledge of other automation tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to define metrics to depict value addition by using automation.
  • Ownership of QA processes in Scrum. Ability to estimate and plan projects accurately.
  • Understanding of source code version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).

What You'll Do

  • Lead and own QA automation strategy and execution for Datagaps products.
  • Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright and related tools.
  • Define QA metrics and report on automation coverage and quality gates.
  • Collaborate with Scrum teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor QA engineers and drive continuous improvement in testing practices.
