What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or test data management.
  • Hands-on experience with TDM or data provisioning tools (e.g., Genrocket, Delphix, Informatica TDM, IBM InfoSphere Optim, or CA TDM).
  • Strong grasp of relational and non-relational databases.
  • Experience with PL/SQL programming with any additional scripting language (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ETL/ELT/ELV pipelines, CI/CD practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

What You'll Do

  • Lead strategy, development, and delivery of test data solutions supporting application development and testing.
  • Define product vision and roadmap for the Test Data Manager product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and sales.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and define acceptance criteria.
  • Work with customers to understand pain points and translate them into product improvements.
